TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Designer Brands is one of North America's largest designers, producers and retailers of footwear and accessories. As Technical Project Manager, I led a team of 8 developers for two e-commerce websites under the publicly traded company. Specifically, my work included the following:

• Managed complex technical integrations with 3rd party systems through inception, design, dev & deployment

• Ensured all cross functional organizational goals and system implications were factored into E-Commerce projects

• Analyzed customer behavior data to optimize user experience, checkout flow, UX and conversion rate

• Managed roadmaps and developer teams, defined requirements, conducted UAT, created user stories
