As Sr. Brand Manager for William Warren Group – the commercial real estate firm that owns and operates StorQuest Self Storage – my work included development and management of the brand's seasonal promotions calendar, creative and brand strategy, development of B2B and B2C marketing assets including promotional video content, digital and print assets, website, ESG materials, and more.

Specifically, some of the highlights of my efforts included:
- Website optimization, including UI/UX design
- Developed and managed the brand's seasonal promotions calendar
- Art direction and graphic design for assets including store-front window advertising
- Developed and maintained B2B and B2E marketing materials including 'about us' brochures, Environmental Sustainability Governance (ESG) decks/videos/webpages, brand guideline decks, promotional emails, newsletters and more
- Produced brand promotional videos and brand photography photo shoots
- Media pitching and procurement of earned editorial coverage in trade magazines
