MARKETING CONSULTANT
During the course of my work with the NBA, I was credited by NBA leadership with increasing their retail merchandise sales by 60% year over year. The national marketing strategy I produced involved campaigns that included celebrity product placement, creative design, public relations, guerilla marketing and outdoor advertising.
Specifically, some of the highlights of my efforts included:
- Tagline development and creative used in outdoor advertising
- Outfitting numerous recording artists for concerts and appearances
- Obtaining national earned media coverage including a live, personal appearance on ABC Sports, immediately following Monday Night Football
- Live, personal appearances on numerous major-market radio stations
- Producing a fleet of wrapped-vehicle mobile billboards
